Aquarii is 100% BAA and BABA Compliant
Enacted on 3 March 1933, the Buy American Act (BAA) applies only to Federal government building projects.
Enacted on 15 November 2021, the Build America Buy America Act (BABA) applies to all building projects supported by Federal government funding, including grants.

- Current BAA domestic-content threshold is 65% for mined, produced, or manufactured content; it increases to 75% on 1 January 2029.
- Current BABA domestic-content threshold is 55% for mined, produced, or manufactured content.
